Our most special hot dog as this was created by Evelyn, one of our customers who comes in every Friday with her father and always wants to design her own dog so we challenged her to create a hot dog we could run as a special and this is what she came up with: bacon, melty mozzarella cheese, sweet pickle relish, onions, and orange sauce (Heinz Ketchup and French's Mustard). This blew our minds, and everyone who ordered it, so much so we took it from a special, to a permanent menu addition!
